Refund Policy


RETURNS & REFUNDS

Items are eligible for exchange/refund only under the following circumstances

You have received products with a manufacturing defect Wrong product has been shipped that does not match with your order. You received damaged merchandise.

To process a claim for damaged or defective merchandise, please email a photo of the damaged merchandise within 24 hours of receipt to orders info@anmolcreation.in

Once we receive the defective/damaged merchandise and your refund request has been validated, we will send you an email authorizing a refund. Once you receive the email, it will take up to 7-10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

For payments made using a credit/debit card (or any form of net banking) the amount is credited back to the same account from which the payment was made.
